We’re partnering with a rapidly growing Irish SaaS company that’s transforming how businesses handle their customer journeys. With a major product overhaul in the pipeline and multiple greenfield projects kicking off, they’re seeking a PHP Lead who can set standards, guide the team, and deliver at scale.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading a team of PHP developers across feature development and system architecture

• Designing and implementing scalable, secure backend services using PHP (Laravel/Symfony)

• Collaborating closely with DevOps, Product, and Frontend teams

• Mentoring junior developers and helping with code reviews

• Driving CI/CD processes and best practices

✅ What You Bring:

• 6+ years of PHP experience with strong Laravel or Symfony expertise

• Solid background in designing RESTful APIs and backend services

• Familiarity with AWS and containerization (Docker)

• Previous experience mentoring or leading devs
